Live Event Introductory Class (Class 1) - In this class you will learn some of the basic ideas behind Plant Based Cooking. Chef Michael will walk you trough some of his favorite simple to prepare but super tasty recipes and answer your questions about how to get started or move forward in your Plant Based Journey. Be prepared to take notes as Chef Michael gives you tips and tidbits along the way. Seating is limited at these events

Two Hour Cook Along Class (Class 2) - This class gives you the opportunity to cook along and prepare recipes that are sure to become some of your favorites too. Chef Michael will work with you in advance to help you shop for and prep your ingredients for the class.

Tasty Tunes (Class 3) - Learning how to eat healthy was never so much fun! Invite a few friends over and hang out in the kitchen with Chef Michael as he helps you prepare some tasty food, gives you some healthy cooking tips and shares some of his favorite music. Part party, part cooking class, this class will have you and your guests dancing around your kitchen while Chef Michael helps you create the next delicious bite. You'll learn about some of Michael's favorite dishes that you can add to YOUR healthy recipe box.
